Nicco
Events and Hospitality Manager
Nicco handles all things community and events at Florence Dock. When asked what he loves about being part of Folk, Nicco said "There's something very special about the community here. Working with our residents to craft our events schedule makes it feel really unique, and their passion for getting involved and sharing their skills inspires me and makes my work even more fulfilling."

Front of House - Days
Ethlin is a shining light at the Front Desk at Sunday Mills. She's responsible for welcoming residents home, responding to any questions or concerns, and making sure everything in the building is running smoothly.

Kyra
Front of House - Nights
Kyra is our Night Receptionist, and residents' go-to for anything in and around The Palm House. She says "My favourite thing about my job is getting to spread the concept of co-living, seeing the residents interact and socialise with each other and building a really strong community."

You will act as a face of our brand new co-living building based in Earlsfield, and play a crucial role in engaging with residents and their friends and family to make them feel relaxed in their home, and with the rest of the team, help shape a vibrant culture within the building. While this role is focused on service delivery, we want our service to feel human and informal, so we’re looking for candidates that genuinely enjoying meeting new people. This role is 8pm – 8am on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
Your duties will include:
-Managing and responding to general enquiries via phone, email and other channels
- Rectify any unplanned cleaning emergencies and proactively deal with any minor maintenance and problems identified
- Clear and concise handover to day team arriving on shift
- Meeting and greeting residents and any visitor

We're looking for an experienced and driven Operational Asset Manager to take the lead on Folk’s operating performance. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with operational real estate experience in the living or hospitality sectors, such as a property manager looking to step into asset management, or an existing asset manager who wants to work with a bold, growing brand at the forefront of urban living, underpinned by one of the world’s largest real estate services businesses.
DTZ Investors is a real estate investment and asset management business, managing over $10bn of property investments on behalf of institutional investors and part of the global Cushman & Wakefield group. In 2019, we launched Folk, a dedicated residential investment platform to develop and operate large-scale co-living buildings. To date, we’ve developed three flagship assets in London - offering over 800 units - operated under our Folk Co-living brand and have a pipeline of further assets ready for funding and development.
You will:
- Own and deliver business plans for Folk assets, optimising OPEX and driving revenue to maximise NOI.
- Evaluate financial and operational performance across the portfolio.Play a key role in setting the leasing strategy

- Lead the relationship with our property manager to ensure exceptional on-the-ground service delivery.

- Champion and enforce Folk’s brand and service standards across procurement, customer service, operational processes and policies, and resident experience.

- Translate operational insights into strategic actions—bridging the gap between site teams and asset management.

- Monitor resident feedback (e.g. surveys, online reviews, social media) and action improvements.

- Lead competitive benchmarking and analysis across the co-living and BTR sectors.

- Shape and oversee the implementation of our social impact strategy, including partnerships with Community Investment Partners.

You might have come up through hospitality, property management, or an operational role in BTR, PBSA or co-living.
