Nicco
Events and Hospitality Manager
Nicco handles all things community and events at Florence Dock. When asked what he loves about being part of Folk, Nicco said "There's something very special about the community here. Working with our residents to craft our events schedule makes it feel really unique, and their passion for getting involved and sharing their skills inspires me and makes my work even more fulfilling."

Ethlin
Front of House - Days
Ethlin is a shining light at the Front Desk at Sunday Mills. She's responsible for welcoming residents home, responding to any questions or concerns, and making sure everything in the building is running smoothly.

Kyra
Front of House - Nights
Kyra is our Night Receptionist, and residents' go-to for anything in and around The Palm House. She says "My favourite thing about my job is getting to spread the concept of co-living, seeing the residents interact and socialise with each other and building a really strong community."

Community Host - Night
Full Time
£28,000 - £31,000
You will act as a face of our brand new co-living building based in Battersea, and play a crucial role in engaging with residents and their friends and family to make them feel relaxed in their home, and with the rest of the team, help shape a vibrant culture within the building. While this role is focused on service delivery, we want our service to feel human and informal, so we’re looking for candidates that genuinely enjoying meeting new people. This role is 8pm – 8am on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
Your duties will include:
-Managing and responding to general enquiries via phone, email and other channels
- Rectify any unplanned cleaning emergencies and proactively deal with any minor maintenance and problems identified
- Clear and concise handover to day team arriving on shift
- Meeting and greeting residents and any visitor
You will be a personable and highly organised team member that will manage the front desk in an exciting co-living community in Battersea!
